At Busy Bees, we’re proud to announce that we will be delivering the Federal Government’s 10% Early Learning wage increase to our valued team members. 

This increase, effective from 2 December 2024, reflects the Federal Government’s commitment to strengthening wages in early childhood education – and Busy Bees’ dedication to recognising the outstanding efforts of our team. 

This wage increase will directly benefit our Early Childhood Education staff such as Educators, Teachers, Service Managers, Assistant Service Managers, Cooks, and Administration Assistants. Importantly, it acknowledges the incredible contributions they make every day in shaping the lives of the children and families in our care. 

At Busy Bees, we believe in fostering an environment where our people feel supported and appreciated. This increase is just one of the ways we’re working to ensure our team is recognised for the important role they play in delivering exceptional early learning experiences and helping to give every child the best start in life.
